Ryan McLeod, Interim Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McLeod was named Interim Chief Executive Officer in 2025, after having previously been appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Mr. McLeod joined ATS in 2007 as Manager of Reporting and Compliance, became Director of Finance in 2010, and assumed the role of Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2014. Prior to ATS, Mr. McLeod served in a finance management role at CIBC Mellon and began his career at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. McLeod is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Anne Cybulski, Interim Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Cybulski was appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2025, having served as VP, Corporate Controller since 2022. Ms. Cybulski joined ATS in 2009 and has served in progressive finance operations and business partnering positions across several groups within ATS. Prior to ATS, Ms. Cybulski spent 9 years with Ernst & Young LLP, living in Canada, Ireland, and the United States during that period.  Ms. Cybulski is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School. 

Gordon Raman, Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Raman joined ATS in 2024 as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), where he oversees the company’s legal, compliance and risk functions across its global operations. Prior to joining ATS Mr. Raman was a partner with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital markets. He also was the Chair of Fasken’s ESG and Sustainability Practice, coordinating colleagues from a range of practices to provide cohesive advice to clients on matters related to environmental, social, and governance issues. Before Fasken, Mr. Raman was a partner with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, where he practiced for over 20 years. His education includes a Bachelor of Laws as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto, in addition to a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics from McMaster University.

Angella Alexander, Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Alexander, CHRO has been with ATS since 2018. Ms. Alexander is responsible for Talent and Sustainability Strategy, Development and Support. Prior to joining ATS, Ms. Alexander held a variety of global HR senior leadership roles at Honeywell. Following a start in the private sector, Ms. Alexander progressively refined her HR expertise over a variety of leadership positions with Ford Motor Company in North America, Europe and South America. Ms. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from the University of Rochester.

Jeff Adamson, Chief Information Officer

Jeff Adamson is the Chief Information Officer of ATS Corporation, having joined the company in 2023. Mr. Adamson is responsible for planning and managing the company’s IT activities, including systems development, process improvements, and building the infrastructure to meet current and future needs. Prior to joining ATS, Mr. Adamson worked with Sanmina Corporation where he oversaw delivery of global IT services including operational technology,  infrastructure, security initiatives, and transformational applications.  Mr. Adamson also held leadership positions at Benchmark Electronics and NEC Corp.  He has over 20 years of experience in progressive leadership roles, and has a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee.

Christian Debus , President Process Automation Solutions

Mr. Debus joined ATS in his current role as the President, Process Automation Solutions, in September 2018. He started his career at Daimler in the Research and Technology division. After that he joined a Malik MZSG, a Swiss management consulting firm. From there he moved to Keiper Recaro Group where he first took over the Corporate Strategy department before he moved to Japan to take over the responsibility for RECARO Asia Pacific. After his return from Japan to Germany he led RECARO Car Seating globally, and then to Camfil to lead the Industrial Air Filtration division before he joined ATS.

Miroslav “Miro” Kafedzhiev, President, Industrial Automation

Miro Kafedzhiev is the President of ATS Industrial Automation, having joined the company in 2024. In this position, Mr. Kafedzhiev brings to ATS strong commercial leadership experience, spending over 20 years with Honeywell in roles of growing responsibility, culminating with the position of Vice-President and General Manager of Honeywell Intelligrated. Miro holds multiple degrees from International universities - an MBA from Purdue, a diploma in International Business from the Reutlingen University's European School of Business and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Cyprus College.

Simon Roberts , President, Packaging & Food Technology

Mr. Roberts is President, Packaging & Food Technology, having first joined ATS in 2015. Mr. Roberts has over 20 years’ experience as an international executive with an operations background and a proven track record of general, commercial and program management in Aerospace and Industrial Automation. Simon previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Bombardier Aerospace Commercial Aircraft, and prior to that was with Airbus in the UK as the Vice President, Hawker Program. Most recently, Mr. Roberts was the President, Aftersales and Services at ATS, where he significantly scaled the organization’s global and digital capabilities. He also sits on the ISLA Executive Board, an International Network of Professionals with focus on Customer Service, After Sales Management, and Service Logistics in the digital age.
